REFUND POLICY

Eligible Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your booking more than 30 days before your scheduled appointment date.

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Once processed, please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Cancellations made within 30 days of your scheduled appointment date are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens — in these cases you are welcome to reschedule your appointment to an alternative date and time, subject to availability.

To reschedule please contact us at least 4 hours before your appointment via email or WhatsApp at 073 053 4049.

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice forfeit the full session fee. No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.

Cancellations Within 4 Hours

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your scheduled appointment are treated as no-shows and are non-refundable. The session fee will not be credited or transferred.

We will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 7 to 10 business days.

Exceptional Circumstances

We assess exceptional circumstances on a case by case basis. If you are unable to attend due to a medical emergency or bereavement, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Changes to This Policy

Glow North reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be published on our website and apply to bookings made after the date of publication.
