Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a service with Glow North.
1. About Us
Glow North (Pty) Ltd (“Glow North”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates a red light therapy clinic located at 1st Floor, Ballito Wellness Studios, Regency House, Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. By booking a service with us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Glow North reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its discretion.
By making a booking you confirm that:
- The information you have provided is accurate and complete
- You are 18 years of age or older, or are booking with the consent of a parent or guardian
- You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions during your health intake assessment
3. Health Assessment
All new clients are required to complete a health intake assessment prior to their first treatment. This assessment is conducted to ensure red light therapy is appropriate for your individual needs. Glow North reserves the right to decline treatment if we determine it is not suitable for a client based on their health history.
Red light therapy is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 4 hours before your scheduled appointment may be rescheduled at no charge
- Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your scheduled appointment will be treated as a no-show and are non-refundable
- No-shows without prior notice forfeit the full session fee

5. Refund Policy
- Bookings cancelled more than 30 days before the scheduled appointment date are eligible for a full refund
- Bookings cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable but may be rescheduled to an alternative date subject to availability
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method
- Glow North reserves the right to refuse a refund where these terms have not been met
6. Pricing
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Glow North reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your booking is the price confirmed at the time of payment.
7. Gift Vouchers and Packages
Glow North does not currently offer gift vouchers or packages. When introduced in future, separate terms will apply and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
8. Conduct
Glow North reserves the right to refuse service to any client who behaves in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful to our staff or other clients. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
9. Liability
Glow North takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Glow North shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our services, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
By booking a service with Glow North you acknowledge that you have been informed of the nature of the treatment and have consented to proceed.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
Glow North reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on our website and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
